aptitute followed by interview , 1 round only , so it was ony 1 round of final interview which is HR round only and no other rounds were there and on the basis of that they will select or reject the candidate

they did not care about my skills. no questions were asked about my technical skills. they only asked about my personal life and whether i am willing to do night shift. i think it was the worst interview till now as it showed that the company did not bother to let candidates know what they're getting themselves into. it was disappointing especially considering the brand name.
