First online test,TR,MR,HR.I am an ECE graduate.In online there will be two rounds email writing and aptitude.You can practice it on TCS nextstep OPEN SEASAME link.PRatice more times email writing if you are failed in email then no use.For practising email online simulators will there in web.For aptitude see In TR they asked me about my favorite subjects,they will ask simple program like the palindrome,Armstrong etc.In MR they will test your confidence.In HR they will test way of speaking.

First, I had NQT in which numerical aptitude, pattern based questions, fill in the blanks (vocabulary) and email writing were asked...some questions had limited time slot
