the basic thing that should be taken care of is,a person should be good enough to clear an aptitude test.if that is done,one is 80% sure of his job because tcs is a mass recruiter and its basic aim is to get the students who can communicate properly and hav sufficient knowledge...technical knowledge even if superficial is enough.
