I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tata Consultancy Services (Thanjāvūr)
Interview
It was an On-Campus drive held at my college. The Interview Process consisted of 3 rounds
1. Online Assessment:
This round was pretty simple. It consisted of MCQ's from Aptitude and Basics of programming .And also they told to write an email by giving hints/keywords to be present in that email. The email should be of specific length (Word Constrain was mentioned). The round was easy to clear.
2.The Final Interview(HR + Technical)
The next immediate round was the interview. There were nearly 36 panels in my college out of which few were stress panels. The panelists were of easy going type and the interview too was bit easy. All they see is the "Can do" attitude of your, how well you are expressing yourself and the confidence in you. Also few programming questioned were throw which can be solved by anyone easily.
All the best! Be cool and confident
