TCS placement criteria was that any student who was in Top 5 in his stream or who has secured above 75 % throughout(10th,12 th ,B-TECH) would be directly qualified for technical interview.Other students start from aptitude test.
I was in top 5 so i had direct entry in technical interview.
Technical interview consist of questions from C,C++,DS,DBMS,OS,CN.
I was asked basic of C,C++,DBMS and they went in depth of Computer Network .
Managerial Round is similar to HR round and some students may directly qualify from tecnical to HR.
In HR round the same basic HR questions are asked.
