I interviewed twice with this agency on weekend job fair. There is no diversity in the workforce at all. All the employees looks alike. Few chance for other race/color to get a position unless you are indian , white or asian. The interviewers, all indians, don't even want to give you a chance. No feedback was given, just tell you "you are not selected for the position you applied".
There is too much favoritism and no chance is given black IT professional. They think black people are not fit for IT jobs. just my opinion.
