The process comprised of 4 stages. First,being the written aptitude test conducted online at the respective college. Second, being the technical interview round to check the technical knowledge of the candidate .It ususally lasts for 40 min. to 1 hr. People who qualify this round moves to the next round which is Third round which is Managerial Round(MR Round) to check the managerial and teamwork qualities and ability to work across any location . IT usually lasts for 10-20 minutes. Those who qualify this round move on to the next round which is HR Interview which is carrried out to check the traits of candidate and to carry out other formalities and be affirmative of the candidate qualities to qualify for the respective position.
