Interview
The campus selection is based on following rounds:
1)Analytical Test (Online test)- Based on the book "Barron for GRE"
2)Tehnical Interview - It depends on the interviewer. Can ask some algo or simple questions from your trade(for Non CS/IT stream )
3) HR Round - very basic and genric round. It also depends from person to person.

Question 1
For Non CS/ IT guy they start asking from their subjects. This also depends on the person interviewing you. During our campus selection they asked questions on various algo from Non CS / IT guys . And from some Non CS / IT guys they simply asked questions from Microprocessor subject.
Well, It's a good experience that I attended the client interview for manual testing. They asked the basis fundamental questions which related Software development cycle and about the tools used for tracking defects, writing testcase as well. Very interesting to answer those questions.

3.HR Round
Once you get selected you will get a call from HR and the offer letter in that your salary ,role and policy is given.
One HR will be assign to you she will ask you for the documents.
Once all the documents are verified then your interview process will be completed.

One of my friend who is working in TCS referred me for their job opening and I received an email about that.
After that, I got a call from HR first and ask basic questions like current location, qualifications, and experience after that they scheduled the telephonic first round of technical interview.
