Once you have qualified tcs nqt exam you'll receive a mail from tcs regarding the update and another email there after telling you the interview schedule.I gave an off campus interview therefore I had 2 rounds first was the technical and MR interview round and once short listed you'll be mailed the schedule for HR round

Basic questions on your projects, languages and some basic concepts of os and database.

First, I had NQT in which numerical aptitude, pattern based questions, fill in the blanks (vocabulary) and email writing were asked...some questions had limited time slot
For the interview, self intro was asked then detailed questions about my projects were asked and then basic questions were asked from the skills that I added in the resume (e.g DBMS, OS etc)
