Hi,
I was selected in TCS Through TCS NQT.
There Were Total 4 Rounds in my selection process.
Round 1:
Online Assessment consisting of medium difficulty aptitude and verbal ability questions.
Some Technical questions related to Input output and DSA of medium difficulty level were also asked.
2 coding questions of Average Difficulty level.
Round 2:
This round was only for the candidates who were in top 10% of TCS NQT results.
This Round is also called as TCS Digital or TCS Ninja Toppers Exam. This round consists of 2 Hard level coding questions generally associated with DSA.
Round 3:
This was the technical round.
In this round the interviewer asked about the projects that I have mentioned in my resume.
This round was easy for me as I have developed projects on my own and I told him everything.
Round 4:
This Round will be just after your technical round.
If you are selected in technical round then their are 95% chances that you will be selected in HR round.
In HR round they just ask that whether you are willing to relocate and some questions like that only.

First, I had NQT in which numerical aptitude, pattern based questions, fill in the blanks (vocabulary) and email writing were asked...some questions had limited time slot
For the interview, self intro was asked then detailed questions about my projects were asked and then basic questions were asked from the skills that I added in the resume (e.g DBMS, OS etc)
