They asked some of the candidates to sing and dance. Selection was based on how confidently you are singing it seems. I prepared myself a lot for the interview. Had I known that they will select by just listening to your song, I could have practiced well.
Very Detailed for fresher, had multiple rounds including aptitude test, will be conducted in phases. First test and if selected in that, there will be 3 more rounds if you get through 3rd round, selection is done and final HR discussion
