Interview
This was an on-campus internship opportunity. We were supposed to upload our resumes and were selected for the next round on this basis. It consisted of a single Telephonic Interview Round that lasted for 30 mins and consisted questions about Machine Learning and Distributed Systems along with some programming questions.

Q. Given a case-study about a mall surveillance photos, you have to tell if a person is carrying a gun or not. We have been give 50,000 photos of which 20,000 photos have people holding a gun. Is the dataset biased? What are the ways we can augment the dataset? Is 90% accuracy a good accuracy for the model to predict? What could be shortcomings in the model you have proposed and in what ways can you improve it?

It was good experience overall they asked to some basic python code and if not satisfied they ask to write again and HR questions are quite easy overall good experience
Very chill and easy to work with. Keeps concepts simple and communicates ideas clearly. Maintains clarity in basics and ensures everything written on the CV is well understood, accurate, and confidently explainable during discussions or interviews.
