Interview Rounds:
Aptitude Test: The first round was an online test with questions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and basic programming concepts. It also included coding problems that required me to solve algorithmic challenges in C++/Python.
Technical Interview: The interviewer asked about my project work, specifically the architecture and technologies used. They grilled me on Java concepts (OOPs, collections, multithreading), and asked me to solve a data structure problem involving arrays. I was also asked about basic SQL queries.
Managerial Round: This was more focused on real-world scenarios. I was asked how I would handle high-pressure situations, teamwork, and conflicts. I also had to explain how I managed bugs and software issues in previous projects.
HR Round: It was a casual discussion about my career goals, relocation preferences, and salary expectations.
The overall experience was positive. The interviewers were professional, and the process took about 2 weeks from the online test to the final HR interview.
