I had a short interview at the University of Cincinnati career fair, and then a slightly longer interview the next day. The interview during the career fair was focused on what I wanted to do for a career, and explaining what the responsibilities of a consultant are. The interview the next day was with a Senior Developer and an HR representative. They asked questions about my previous professional experience (a 3 yr nontechnical internship) and what skills would transfer when I changed fields. They said they were impressed that I worked full time and had a full course load each semester, and would graduate with no student debt. They asked a few simple technical questions, then asked if I believed I could learn to code with a month of training. A week later there was an onsite information session and networking event at their Milford facility.
