Technical Round(s):
In-depth assessment of your technical skills and knowledge related to Salesforce development, including problem-solving, coding, customization, and integration expertise. This may include live coding exercises or scenario-based questions.
Managerial Round:
An interview with the hiring manager to discuss your experience, projects, work style, and how you handle challenges. This round may also assess cultural fit within the team and company.
HR Discussion:
Final round focusing on salary negotiation, company policies, benefits, and any remaining queries. This is also where your notice period and availability are discussed in detail.
