Tata Consultancy Services Senior Manager interview questions

Started with phone and in-person interviews. Later a salary negotiation call, with a very nice offer. I followed up with email as formal acceptance. Then the salary was approved back at HQ in India. Then I was told to expect the paperwork soon. Several months have passed and still no written offer. Biggest issue has been lack of communication, even when commitments were made to do so.
