They ghosted me for 2-3 weeks and then rejected my application due to internal changes and hiring freeze. Fast forward two years into the future: 1. HR screening 2. Alignment session with the same VP 3. Meet the team and talk about my responsibilities HR took my documents (passport, educational background) to prepare for the offer and beyond. They rejected my application 2-3 weeks later because they had found someone in France
