The experience was extremely long, draining, and blatantly unprofessional. The recruitment team created a hostile and toxic environment, acting as if their primary goal was to complicate and sabotage the process. There were unexplained disappearances for long periods, bizarre and unclear requests, and a constant rotation of different people contacting me with no consistency. Reference calls scheduled for fifteen minutes dragged into hour‑long interrogations. I strongly advise staying far away — even if you're offered a major upgrade in role or compensation.
