I was sent a take home test and given a few days to complete it. I sent it in and the next week got a call from HR. She said that I passed the exam and will continue to the next stage. This meant an in-office interview. She also made sure to tell me - in an unprofessional yet unsurprising Israeli manner - that they are in very advanced stages with another candidate and would like me to come in asap (a real confident booster!) I was scheduled an interview, but on the day of, was called and told by the interviewer that they had a personal matter to attend to. A different HR rep called me the next day saying that they'll have to re-schedule in the coming days. I was never contacted again, and even wrote an email asking where we stand, yet received no reply. Very unprofessional HR and doesn't give this well known company a good name. I wouldn't recommend people to apply here (at least in Israel)
