Had two interviews - one with the hiring manager and one with him and the VP where I did a mock pitch. Both were very casual, and the pitch was in their Manhattan Beach office where they didn't have any tables or (normal office) chairs available - very awkward setup. They were one week apart, so the process was moving fast. I made myself available while they were in town - worked around their schedule and drove all the way to Manhattan beach. The least I expected, with a company of this size, is an email once the process was over to let me know whether or not I got the job... but I had to follow up with the recruiter 3 times to no avail. It wasn't until I asked a friend who works in their NY office what happened that they finally emailed me a form response saying they went with another candidate. I think it's rude and arrogant to leave candidates hanging for weeks and ignore them when they follow up - especially after recruiting them.
