Incredibly unprofessional. A recruiter reached out for a phone interviewer with their manager. I tried reaching out the the interviewer/manager about a week after they had said they would get back to me to check on any updates and never got a response. About a week after no response from the manager/interviewer I reached back out to the initial recruiter that contacted me for an update and again no response. At least take the two seconds to response that you aren't moving forward with me as a candidate.
