Applied online. Initial call with HR to discuss previous experience and role. Call with hiring manager to share vision and expectations. Final panel discussion and presentation to pitch proposal. The recruiter shared feedback with me after every call/ stage. The expectations were defined from the early stage and I could be very transparent with other processes. I also got feedback during the panel presentation. Overall a great experience. Took approx 4 weeks.
