I received a reply quite quickly after I applied. I had a first interview with Carmen Aiello, the People&Culture Generalist. It gave a first good impression of the culture and the company. I followed up with a second interview with the hiring manager. Once again, I only have positive feedbacks to say. I received a lot of details on the role, team and the culture and opportunities within the company. It was then followed with a case study. The presentation can prove challenging as you're facing several people. I received feedbacks immediately after. Unfortunately they decided not to follow up with my profile as I lacked experience. I do not regret this experience, it is a valuable one. I received continuous feedback from the People&Culture Generalist and I am grateful for that.
