Phone screen with a recruiter then an in person with HR and the hiring manager. The recruiter said I was a strong candidate and the hiring manager wanted to bring me back the following week for a second in-person with two more team members. All of the interviews seemed like more of a feeling out process. The process was very professional until the recruiter handling my application gave me a decision timeline but never got back to me. Very disappointing.
