I applied online. I interviewed at Teamwork (Cork)
Interview
My overall experience with the recruitment and interview processes at Teamwork.com were very positive. After applying through the website one evening, I was really impressed that Tom had emailed me the next morning to arrange a preliminary call.
The interviews were a lot different to what I had experienced before, there was a unique professional but open and down to earth feel from the first call to my onsite interview.
The recruitment team had great knowledge of the company, it's values and it's future plans. The importance of the company values were described in each step of the interviewing process and I found it exciting when being considered to be part of their journey.
The interview questions were straightforward. I didn't feel as though they were trying to catch me out with unnecessary awkward questions but rather asked relevant questions about my experience, how I would approach the role responsibilities and how interested in Teamwork I was. I felt the team valued my application and were committed to providing answers to any queries I had with the role and in keeping me up to date during the process. There were some competency questions that were relevant to the position and company and also there was a good use of open ended questions incorporated to allow a good discussion.
I would strongly recommend Teamwork.com
