Teamwork Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Got passed the technical interview easily and was called in for a face to face interview. I was quite impressed by the office space, however that's where the positives end. I was interviewed by a very uninterested what appeared to be a junior developer. I explained to the interviewer my past experience and tried to explain Redux and state management to him, but I could tell he wasn't sure what I was talking about. I also explained our company structure and how we are doing agile and TDD. He explained that they dont really have a structure for agile and they dont do TDD, which came as quite a shock, and I left not really understanding what I had just heard. I got an email the next day saying that they appreciated that I enjoyed looking into new frameworks, However there would be to much of a gap between me and the other developers. To be quite frank the person who interviewed me was in no position to make such a call. Overall this is a company who seems to be more interested in showing off their shiny office then showing off their process' or accomplishments. If I have a word of advice for other developers thinking to join teamwork it would be to steer well clear as im not sure where this company is going, They are taking on very big names - Jira and Slack and to be honest are failing miserably
