Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a situation where you disagreed with a coworker. How did you solve it?
It was a one time, in person interview where they explained it was going to be the toughest job I had ever had. Slightly true. They said it was still fun because it’s retail, but there was a lot of learning the product.
The interview was easy but the manager didn't seem very interested in the interview. The interview started very late from the given time and barely lasted 20 mins. When I entered the store the only other employee was getting a lecture for not meeting sales goal and it seems like it's a common theme among teavana.
