Interview was brief and store manager was friendly. Asked me about previous experience in retail and general questions about myself. We spoke outside the store in a mall seating area and I was treated to a tea of my choice. Very laid back and trying to appeal to a hip clientele.

Got a call after about 2 weeks from my online application. Asked me to come in for an interview. Very casual interview, very conversational. They wanted to know a lot about me rather than just my experience. Maybe 25 minutes in total.
