Good flow and very kind. The interview was with a respectful and professional woman part of human resources team, she asked me some personal information and some questions related to the position. Also explained to me that the site is located in Escazú, the salary and a little about the company.
Video interview, simple questions, nothing hard. makes you feel comfortable to answer questions while sitting at home due to covid. future interviews are video as well, always look forward to a good challenge
I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Tech Data in Jun 2020
Interview
I did not find the interviewers to be very friendly or professional, there was this weird mid interview “test” they tried to administer, it was an overall odd process for any candidate
