All I did was send in my resume via email and it took about three days to get an email back about scheduling an in person interview. During the interview they asked why I wanted to work for Tech Data and then gave me a tour of the facility. Because Tech Data is lean you can only start as a temp though an outside agency so after the interview I was sent there. About 4 days later I got the green light to begin work.
