I applied via LinkedIn and a couple days later I got an email notification to complete a video screen. I didn't end up completing it because I was preoccupied with other job roles I had applied to forgot I had applied to be quite honest. About a week or 2 later I got a call from a recruiter inviting me to schedule an interview. I was really excited and learned that the person who would be interviewing me was somebody who was in the role prior and was leaving because they had gotten a promotion. A couple days later, I had the first interview and I thought it went well. The same recruiter called me about a week later and told me the interviewer had a lot of good things to say about me and that they would like to invite me for a second interview. In the second interview, I was interviewed by director of the branch and the HR VP. They were really friendly and made me feel welcome. I asked them about next steps and they said that if I was selected to move on I would have to interview a third time. I assumed the recruiter was going to contact me in a week since they did that the first time, but a week went by and I never got a phone call or an email. Another week went by and nothing. I decided to email them to try to find out what happened but I never got a response. I would've liked to have received at least an automated response email that they would be moving on with other candidates instead of being left hanging like that.
