Tech Mahindra Data Migration Lead interview questions

Interview process is like recruiter text you on cell phone to schedule interview in next 30 mins, same way I attended 2 rounds despite hectic schedule but the last round, one funny intellectual came with a predetermined mindset with a set of questions and answers, he can’t understand out of what he knows, unfortunately i can’t put names here, i dont know why offshore people are taking interviews for onshore position, but the intellectual started asking q? Was i a delivery lead or a solution lead, based on my role he will ask questions it seems, questions are so insulting and he is literally thinks he wants to catch something and questions are more perception based like have I done any kind of or theoretical and he is asking directly, ideally based on the job role people will ask questions or try to analyze a person but he started like “in the interest of time” frankly I wasted my time with this interview I’m glad and happy to cut the discussion “in the interest of time” Unfortunately he doesn't know how to frame a question and intellectual is not in the panel list I got from recruiter, TechM don’t waste people with these kind of intellectuals who think they’re smart by insulting on the name of interviews
