Selection Process comprised 4 rounds:
Round 1. Aptitude test: The students meeting the criteria (60% in 10th, 70% in 12th & 6.0 CGPA) will be put through online campus test consisting of Aptitude, Maths and English test.
Round 2. Story writing test: Those who clear the above test will be asked to write an essay on given topic or self-imagined story in English (about 200 words) on a randomly displayed picture or scene.
Both the above tests are online.
Round 3. Technical interview: Those clearing the test will be evaluated by Tech Panel and those who are recommended by Tech Panel are finally evaluated by HR Panel.
Round 4. HR interview: It was a basic interaction just to see the personality & communication skills.
The evaluation will focus on basic tech skills, train-ability and English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Each test/interview will be a filter for next level.

The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was a technical screening focused on Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, and object-oriented programming concepts. The second round involved project discussions, problem-solving scenarios, and questions about microservices architecture and debugging production issues. The final round was with the hiring manager, covering my experience, teamwork, communication skills, and career goals. The interviewers were professional, and the overall process was smooth and well-organized.
