First it was a walk-in even for such senior position. I had to wait almost for 2 hrs before to get into the interview. Arrangement was chaotic and ill managed. I have gone through 2 rounds of Role/Skill based interview and finally HR. They said i was selected and will receive offer in 2 weeks time. But did not receive the offer. HR has not even informed that I wouldn't get the one. When I called, they mentioned that client did not selected your profile. This is weird experience, certainly not expected from such renowned IT Services company.
