The interview process was very lengthy. They took 5 rounds ( 11 am - 8 pm). Then they told me that I was selected and they would call me for documentation. Next day I received a call from the HR department that I have to come with my documents at 3 pm ( I would like to highlight that Tech Mahindra Chandigarh HR department people are very rude, the concerned person did not even care to ask me that by what time can I come for the documentation process, this is basic logic that people are currently working and they cannot just jump from their office seats and rush to tech mahindra for the interview process). Anyways, I felt excited and reached at 3 pm and I was shocked to hear that they would like to have some more rounds because they have another project/process and would like to consider me for that role as well . Nevertheless, I cleared those rounds as well (3 pm- 8 pm) and finally I completed all the documentation (30-40 pages). Now it has been a month, I have not received a call. Finally I made up my mind to call the department. But as expected , I got a very rude reply from them as if they are the only people who are occupied with their work? I understand that HR department is a very busy department, but they should know how to talk to people (Human Resources)!!!!!!
