Firstly, I was called for F2F interview without prior telephonic round. Secondly, On the interview day, even though we reached on time, we (2 more guys) were asked to sit in the lobby and were told somebody will contact us. After sitting for 15-20 mins when it was already 5 mins after the interview timing, we asked the reception, then we were informed that it has already started on 4th floor. After reaching there, we were asked to sit in a conference room. Than we were called one by one, when my turn came, interviewer asked me about my CV as she couldn't understand my CV and after that she asked me only 2 questions and told that HR will get back to you(Which I answered correctly). I mean she invested only 5 mins and if she was supposed to take the decision based on CV than whats the need of calling us out there.
