I received a phone call from a guy who was very polite and friendly. The problems I had were two things. His accent was so strong that I could understand very little. He put me through a verbal test which once I knew what was being said, I aced the test. And he responded accordingly. I just had to ask him over and over to understand what the question was that was being asked. I could tell he was getting frustrated as well as I. At the end of the test he said very good, I am moving you forward and you will receive a phone call from my manager either today or tomorrow. Well that never happened so I guess because of his inabilities in the english language, and both of us being frustrated because of it. He just decided to not pass me on to his manager, as he told me he would do. Seems like a big problem to me. I don't know why a company would allow someone who has such a strong accent to do interviews. It is not fair to the interviewer or interviewee.

Was brought in for a face to face interview with 2 managers. One was very technical and the other asked more behavioral type questions. I was offered the role before I reached home.
