The interview was held in 3 rounds... 1. In the first HR asks simple questions like how did you spend your last day or give your introduction sort of questions and here main thing is fluent conversation with HR if you can achieve a decent conversation for some time you can easily crack this round.Be Passionate they must realise you really need this job. 2.In second round they will ask you to pronounce difficult English words, so you should practice pronounciation before interview. They also check your accent is it Indian or American. Don't fake your accent to sound more American just speak naturally. 3.In third round it is the seniormost person and he will perhaps belong to the process for which you are being recruited in my case it was Bell Telecom although I came to know about my process after I was selected it will be better if you can directly ask what is the process for which you are being recruited like US or UK process, Telecom or Banking process. Here again the main thing is maintaining a decent fluent conversation. The interviewer might try to be friendly with you which not necessarily bad but remember not to lose your accent or pronounciation and practice.
