Yes, a very great opportunity and experience. A good way to start your journey with zero experience. Learned skills and tools, customer service and operations. Enrolled into training courses as well
The interview process had 3 rounds. First, the HR person spoke to the candidates and then, the Hiring manager took a round mostly based on the resume. I did not wish to continue with the opportunity, since the JD did not align with my aspiration.
Interviewers were not friendly nor supportive. Their were 4 on-site rounds followed by an OA.

It was smooth. The managers were cooperative. The HRs were also very cooperative. The questions were quite easy and also, the interviewers make you feel really comfortable. I enjoyed my time at Tech Mahindra. It is a really good company for freshers to join.
