Asking irrelevant question just to see you the person giving interview can hold proper conversation or not , like your favorite cricketer or Bollywood actor or giving an essay on woman empowerment
Extremely disorganized hiring process, then ghosted after final selection
Called for a 10:30 AM interview, wasn't seen until 7 PM with zero updates.
Passed round 1, then had to make a separate 20km trip next day just for a 30 second typing test, only 2-3 laptops for hundreds of candidates, no proper assessment room.
Third round required yet another trip and a poor working laptop for the test. Passed everything, submitted documents, and was told I was selected.
Three weeks later, silence. When I followed up, the recruiter said the client "put the position on hold" and told me to move on. No warning, no explanation.
Three trips, hours of waiting, and a confirmed offer that just disappeared. Extremely disrespectful of candidates' time.
