Tech Mahindra Subject Matter Expert (SME) interview questions

The interview was going well until I talked about my nationality and immigration status. Although I am legally in Portugal, they told me that they would prefer to hire a person with European documents. This has been one of the worst processes I have ever been through. If they are looking for something specific, they should write it in the requirements to apply. I found it to be a xenophobic company. I hope someone else dares to report them.
