I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tech-Pro (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2009

Interview

The 1st meeting was with a recruiter over lunch. Nothing difficult. Information on the company. Next meeting was a couple of days later with company president. More questions this time, but nothing specific. Although, it was apparent that he was "evaluating" small talk, answers etc every step of the way
