There are 4 rounds. A very well managed process. Communications throughout is extremely good & clear. 1st Round is online test which is mix of coding & technical mcqs. 2nd Round is with VP from US which is combination of HR questions, behavioral questions, scenario based questions & few technical questions. They make you understand what they are looking for and our expectations very well. 3rd round is with Indian team purely technical with screen sharing based on your skills sets/ their requirements. 4th round is with QA Manager from US which is combination of technical & real life role based questions. Once you clear fourth round, they will send you the communication about being selected. If any queries person can reach-out else CEO signs the offer letter & it is further shared to us for acceptance.
