Technical Resources International Regulatory Operations Associate interview questions

I met with two teams because both teams were looking to hire. I then was to meet with HR. It was very informal - too informal. I really didn't get to sell my self because they were talking most of the time about the position. I was then given a test that I failed I guess. Its a pretty ridiculous test, you're timed for 10 minutes while being watched by the interviewer. One example of questions is How far is O from H as Z is from S. Don't be nervous and you won't fail it. Also I tried to rush bc I knew there were multiple pages and wanted to finish. They said I would be a good culture fit and they enjoyed me but that I failed the test so they did not extend me an offer lol.
