I was contacted by the HR for a phone interview and were asked basic questions on my resume. There should be another face to face interview soon. The process took about a week after the online application was closed.

If you were to be a prime minister what changes would you make?
Efficient. Two interviews at one time. Split into HR and Technical. HR representitive asking company fit/people experience. Engineering manager asking technical questions and about degree courses at university. 30 minute slot allocated. Engineering drawing provided and asked to explain certain aspects to judge thinking.

When have you worked in a interdisciplinary team scenario?
