TechnoIdentity Software QA Engineer interview questions

Incredibly disappointing experience with Technoidentity’s hiring process. For a QA position with 2 years of experience, I was put through seven rounds—3 technical, 1 cultural, 2 comprehensive tests, and a coding and MCQ round. Initially, they mentioned only two rounds, but as it went on, more rounds were added without any prior notice. After one of the final rounds, I was told I was selected and asked to come to the office to finalize the HR process. But when I arrived, they conducted yet another technical round. This level of disorganization is completely unprofessional. They wasted over 20 days of my time and created false expectations. A company should value candidates’ time and communicate clearly about the process—especially for a mid-level QA position. Proceed with caution if you're considering applying here. Suggestion: Their employees/ Higher management should learn how to conduct an Interview.
