A ridiculous process. You should not be using AI to do interviews. Give no reason I was not being selected, but I should "try again." I should subscribe to their email newsletter. I'm sorry, I am the best choice, and having AI flatter you with how good your answers are is ridiculous and shows you don't care about your employees. DO the work, HR.
