Quite a few steps to the process but very thorough. There 3 rounds of interviews and the last is pretty much a full day. During the last day, there was a large project to go through. It all seemed reasonable but was lengthy.

Very technical in some areas, more business-oriented in others.
Run away from this company. The first question I was asked was to record the interview. This company is focused exclusively on micro management and uses monitoring tools to track every action you take. Look up activtrak. This is due to a lack of trust in employees and managers not being able to accurately understand their employees workflow.
