First I had a phone interview with someone from HR, followed by a technical interview with the CTO and another developer. After that I was invited to a third and final interview where I spent 30 minutes meeting the whole engineering team, and then about two and a half hours with the CTO and some of the engineers working on a project like problem. The whole process took about a week and a half, they were quick in letting me know where I stood and I didn't feel like any of it was gimmicky or disingenuous. Very straight forward and honest. The technical interview was challenging, but they were looking for someone to know it all, it was more of a practice of collaboration and real problem solving. Definitely a refreshing change from other technical interviews I've done.
