The interview process at TA is extremely thorough. I did several interviews that included really in depth interviews about my experience as a reporter and writer, my experiences writing a sample story that was part of the application screening process. It was lengthy, but it also gave me a good sense of the company and the spirit of the enterprise, which is remarkably positive at this company. I have to say that I applied with less than full enthusiasm because I did not know a lot about the cybersecurity space, but the interview process itself made me more attracted to the prospect of working at TA because of the attitudes of the interviewers whom I knew I would be working with if hired.
